Grievance is submitted via the online form or a written application to the committee.

Acknowledgment

The submission is acknowledged and registered with a unique reference number.

Committee Review

The Grievances Redressal Committee reviews the case and conducts a hearing if needed.

Resolution

Outcome is communicated to the complainant within the stipulated timeline.
