Admission Procedure

Follow our structured process to secure your seat at RNGPIT.

ACPC Process (State Quota — 75%)

Step 01

Register Online

Students must register on the ACPC portal (gujacpc.admissions.nic.in) after HSC/Diploma results.
Step 02

Choice Filling

Select R.N.G. Patel Institute of Technology (RNGPIT) as your preferred institute in the mock and final rounds.
Step 03

Seat Allotment

Seats are allotted by ACPC based on merit marks and student choices.
Step 04

Reporting & Admission

Report to the institute with the allotment letter and required documents to finalize admission.

GCAS Process (Gujarat Common Admission Services)

For programmes covered under GCAS (including several postgraduate and professional courses), admissions are coordinated through the state common admission portal alongside your programme-specific merit criteria.

Step 01

Register on GCAS

Create your profile and complete quick registration on the GCAS portal (gcas.gujgov.edu.in). Use a stable mobile number and email — GCAS uses these for all communication.
Step 02

Search & Preference Entry

Search participating universities and programmes, then enter your institute and course preferences as per the published admission brochure.
Step 03

Provisional Merit & Allotment

Merit lists and seat allotments are published on GCAS as per the academic calendar. Follow notices for mock rounds and final allotment.
Step 04

Reporting at the Institute

After allotment to RNGPIT, report within the stipulated window with GCAS documents, proof of eligibility, and fees as per instructions.
