  • India’s first Common Engineering Facility Centre is managed by SETU Foundation, Surat.

  • Science, Engineering and Technological Upliftment Foundation (SETU)

    • A Section 8 Company (Not for Profit Organisation) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

    • SETU Foundation is an SPV developed by

  • Surat Engineering Vikas Association (SEVA), Surat

  • Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (TMMA), Mumbai along with support of  Department of Heavy Industries (DHI), Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Government of India

  • R N G Patel Institute of Technology – RNGPIT, (Bardoli)

  • India’s first Common Engineering Facility Centre received grant of 27 Cr. from Dept. of Heavy Industries(DHI), Ministry of Heavy Industries, Govt. of India.

  • Common Engineering Facility Centre established with a total cost of around 58+ Cr. 

  • Centre provides 50+ on hand training modules for students.

  • Centre has various state of the art advance machineries.
