Computer Science and Engineering department of R. N. G. P. I. T. institute has acquired institutional membership under CSI in 2020. Computer Society of INDIA (CSI) is the oldest and largest organisation of computer professionals in India. CSI facilitates research, knowledge sharing, learning and career enhancement among all categories of computer professionals. CSI promotes and provides financial support for research work in contemporary areas of computer Science. CSI provides resources for selecting project definition, for career guidance, allowing for downloading study material, publications, and participation in various competitions. One of the major initiatives of the CSI is to serve the student community by bridging the gap between academia and industry.
